Method
- Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
- Brown ground beef with onion; drain.
- Stir in soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, pepper.
- Transfer mixture to 9×13 dish; layer tater tots evenly on top.
- Sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese over tots.
- Bake for 30-45 minutes until tots golden & cheese melted
