Method
- In a medium bowl, dissolve Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water.
- Stir in cranberry sauce until mostly smooth.
- Add crushed pineapple, cold water, lemon juice, and pecans (if using).
- Mix well and pour into a bowl or serving dish.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until fully set.
- Scoop to serve. Keep chilled.
