Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Fold in the green beans and half of the fried onions (½ cup).
- Spread mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle the remaining fried onions on top.
- Return to the oven for 10 minutes until the top is golden and crispy.
- Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
