Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, eggs, milk, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until just combined — do not overmix.
- Shape into a loaf and place in a baking dish.
- Spread extra ketchup on top.
- Bake for 55–60 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Let rest 5–10 minutes before slicing.

Vivette's Tip
For a deeper flavor, try adding a tablespoon of barbecue sauce or brown sugar to the ketchup topping. Serve with mashed potatoes or roasted veggies for a full meal.
