Easy Homemade Lasagna

Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain fat. Add marinara sauce and simmer 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine ricotta, egg, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread 1 cup of meat sauce on the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Layer 3 noodles, ⅓ of ricotta mixture, ⅓ of mozzarella, and sauce. Repeat layers two more times.
- Top with remaining mozzarella and a sprinkle of Parmesan.
- Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 10–15 minutes until bubbly.
- Rest 10 minutes before slicing.
