Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 can 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices bacon cooked & crumbled
  • ½ cup slivered almonds
  • 1 sleeve buttery crackers such as Ritz, crushed
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter melted
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C). Grease 9×13 dish.
  2. Spread shredded chicken in dish; season with garlic powder.
  3. In bowl, whisk cream cheese, soup, sour cream until smooth. Pour over chicken.
  4. Sprinkle Cheddar, bacon, almonds.
  5. Mix crushed crackers + melted butter; spread over top.
  6. Bake 40-45 minutes until bubbly and golden.
