Ingredients
  

  • 1 turkey breast 3–4 lbs
  • 3 tbsp softened butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Rub turkey with butter, oil, and seasonings.
  3. Place on a baking rack in a roasting pan.
  4. Bake 1 hour 30 minutes (or until 165°F).
  5. Rest 10 minutes before slicing.
